CREST is a 5013c charitable, tax deduction organization…all contributions are tax deductible. Funding comes from a variety of sources to assure a balance of income. Events, such as the Belgian Waffle Feed, Fluff and Puff Pillow Cleaning, and Trimont Silent Auction head the event efforts. Donations are received from benefits conducted by other organizations such as the Knights of Columbus and Fairmont Ministerial Associations Festival of Music and from our CREST Annual Appeal. General grants from corporations are augmented by State and Federal grants for specific programs and services.

It is the financial philosophy of CREST to maintain a variety of income sources to better assure our future.

A small library of books and resources related to illnesses and needs of caregivers will be rotated through Senior Living facilities and at support group meetings. Check with the CREST office about scheduled stops.

CREST is a member of the United Way and Fairmont Area Chamber of Commerce. Being active and supportive of our communities is important. CREST is also represented at TASK, the Trimont Area Service Klub, Sherburn C & C, as well as Rotary in Fairmont.

CREST was awarded a State Grant to increase services in Martin County. Special emphasis is placed on long distance transportation, Respite Care, and providing technology support for Seniors, especially in communicating with their medical personnel.

A special THANK YOU to the Martin County Area Foundation for their generous grant to assist CREST in expanding our services in the county. The funds have been used to purchase office furniture for our new CREST office. With the additional office space we are able to add staff needed in the service expansion.
